Overview

The Vice President, Supply Chain for AMC is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving supply chain excellence across an $800M global spend portfolio.

In Short

• Lead supply chain performance across delivery, quality, and cost.
• Develop and execute a 3-year strategic supply chain roadmap.
• Manage and optimize $800M in global spend.
• Build and lead a high-performing, globally distributed supply chain team.
• Drive SIOP standardization across divisions.
• Collaborate with Corporate Supply Chain for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and engagement across the function.
• Act as a thought partner to the AMC President and divisional VP/GMs.
• Identify and execute cost-out opportunities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of supply chain or relevant experience.
• Strong leadership skills in complex, global environments.
• Experience in transformation and integration.
• Ability to develop internal leaders and recruit top-tier talent.
