Engineering Project Manager – Connected Products - Remote

Overview

The Engineering Project Manager – Connected Products is responsible for planning, collaboration, and execution within a cross-functional development team delivering product solutions that enhance Regal Rexnord’s Connected Solutions portfolio.

In Short

• Lead global cross-functional team from planning through completion for hardware, software, and connected product platform projects.
• Define and align scope, objectives, schedules, budget, and resource plans with business goals.
• Apply both waterfall and Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate works breakdown structure and ensure data integrity during ongoing execution.
• Monitor and trend project performance, identifying and implementing improvements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for divisional stakeholders.
• Champion a project team culture of accountability and transparency.
• Lead structured problem-solving efforts using tools such as 5 Whys and FMEA.
• Represent the project team in leadership reviews with clear updates and proposals.
• Manage projects independently with a focus on top priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline).
• 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in New Product Development.
• Waterfall project management required, Agile/SCRUM experience preferred.
• PMP or SCRUM Master Certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, multi-location projects in a global organization.
• Process-based, continuous improvement mindset.
• Effective communicator with strong executive presence.
• Experience with schedule tools like MS Project and proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience within Jira, Confluence, EazyBI, and AI Tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10-20% domestically and possibly internationally.
