Rewst is a tool designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to streamline and automate their processes, saving valuable time and effort. We’re looking for a Senior AI Developer who understands the needs of MSP engineers and can build AI that simplifies their tasks and enhances their productivity.

In Short

• Design and build AI-powered features for automation workflows.
• Work with large language models via APIs or self-hosted.
• Implement agentic AI frameworks for context-driven actions.
• Tune prompts and inference pipelines for optimal performance.
• Ensure a seamless user experience between automation and human interaction.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Evaluate and integrate open-source tools.
• Ship production code as a core responsibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, 2+ years with AI/ML systems.
• Experience with production-ready AI features.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and agent architecture.
• Familiarity with human-AI interaction design.
• Bonus: Experience with automation/RPA or MSP space.
• Strong communication skills.
• A builder mindset focused on product development.
