Overview

As a Remote Functional Nurse Practitioner, you will provide evidence-informed, patient-centered care via telemedicine, focusing on root-cause, preventive, and functional medicine.

• Conduct virtual consultations using telehealth platforms

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in at least 5 U.S. states
• National certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC)
• Active DEA
• Minimum of 2 years of NP experience
• Strong knowledge of hormone replacement therapy and supplementation
• Preferred experience in telehealth or digital health
• Comfortable with EHRs and telemedicine platforms
• Exceptional communication and clinical documentation skills
