In Short

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of our enterprise business systems architecture.
• Manage and mentor a team of systems and integration professionals.
• Partner closely with GTM, Sales, Finance, and HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee core systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and our HRIS platform, along with 25+ integrations across the business.
• Ensure systems are secure, optimized, and aligned with organizational growth and compliance needs.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and innovation within the business systems landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading enterprise business systems in a high-growth environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, and HRIS platforms.
• Strong understanding of system integration, data governance, and business process optimization.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker who can translate business goals into efficient and scalable system solutions.
