Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist

Overview

The Remote Healthcare Collections Specialist will provide outstanding customer service while resolving unpaid healthcare accounts through various communication methods. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with an initial in-office orientation.

In Short

• Full-Time position with full benefits
• Work hours: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm MST
• Must reside in Colorado, Wyoming, or Montana
• 3 weeks of paid training
• Salary range: $40,000 - $43,680 per year plus commission
• Outstanding customer service and account resolution

• Process payments and document all efforts accurately

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Prior collections experience preferred
• Experience in customer service and/or healthcare is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Advanced beginner to intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
• Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy preferred
• Experience working from home preferred
