We are seeking a skilled 3D Rendering and BIM Modeling Specialist to support high-end visual and technical modeling needs.

• Part-Time position with flexible hours.
• Work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time.

• Transform design concepts and architectural data into high-quality rendered images.
• Develop detailed 3D models using Autodesk 3ds Max.
• Create and manage BIM models using Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Apply lighting, textures, and materials for realistic visuals.
• Revise deliverables based on feedback while maintaining quality.
• Maintain organized project files and BIM documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in 3D rendering and BIM modeling.
• Portfolio showcasing realistic visuals and structured models.
• Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max and rendering engines like V-Ray or Corona.
• Experience with BIM platforms such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Strong understanding of lighting and architectural modeling standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
