Architect with Template Authorization (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an architect with template authorization to drive our construction projects forward with technical expertise and commitment, contributing significantly to the energy transition.

In Short

• Creation of plans and drawings for the construction of large battery storage, substations, and cable routes.
• Development of design, approval, and execution plans.
• Responsible for submitting building applications and approval documents.
• Independent coordination of planning processes in collaboration with architects, specialist planners, and authorities.
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and technical standards.
• Maintenance of technical documentation and management of planning documents.
• Participation in the preparation of specifications and tenders.

Requirements

• Completed training as a draftsman or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field.
• Template authorization according to state building codes.
• Solid knowledge of building planning law, especially in the field of energy construction.
• Professional experience in planning and approval of infrastructure projects, ideally related to the energy industry.
• Proficient in CAD programs (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and MS Office.
• Independent and precise working style as well as organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to successfully coordinate interdisciplinary projects.
