The Technology Service Delivery Manager will join Resultant's Managed Services Team, providing exceptional support to clients and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in service delivery or project management.
• Experience with ITIL governance is required.
• Management experience in IT or related fields.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Consulting experience in IT Managed Services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
