In Short

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine training features, enhancements, and optimizations.
• Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
• Partner with Product Marketing team and Customer Success for documentation and communication.
• Ensure backlog items align with broader Restaurant365 initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Occasional travel required.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and collaborative work ability.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret feedback and data.
• Familiarity with tech-savvy solutions for employee development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Agile Methodology experience a plus.
• Background in SaaS product management and understanding of restaurant industry challenges.

Benefits

• Salary range of $116,000 - $145,000.
