Remote Respiratory Therapist

Overview

As a Respiratory Therapist with ResPro Health, you will engage with patients daily, ensuring compliance with prescribed therapies and improving overall outcomes while working from home.

In Short

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to Certified Medical Assistants.
• Manage and support patients on Advanced BiPAP ST, AVAPS, IVAPS, ASV.
• Assist CPAP patients with specialized needs.
• Recommend adjustments to PAP settings and create orders in electronic medical records.
• Educate and coach patients on CPAP devices and care.
• Identify and address barriers to compliance for advanced PAP machine patients.
• Collaborate with providers and escalate any concerns as needed.
• Coordinate and order CPAP supplies for advanced PAP machines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and stay current on respiratory therapy practices.

Requirements

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license.
• Experience with CPAP and BiPAP devices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records.
