Insurance Audit Reviewer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to fill the role of an Insurance Audit Reviewer. This position requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently and collaboratively.

In Short

• Primary reviewer of all premium audits including physical, virtual and phone.
• Effectively manage and review audit queue.
• Ensure audits align with industry standards, LAI, state-specific rules, and carrier specific guidelines.
• Mentor auditors to increase audit quality.
• Provide clear communication to auditors during the review process (via phone and/or email).
• Maintaining production and quality standards as directed.

Requirements

• 1-2 years insurance audit experience (Preferred)
• A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures
• Working knowledge of PASS, ASUM, and Nexus (Preferred)
• WCRIB Certification (Preferred)
• APA designation (Preferred)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
