Resource Innovations is excited to invite an enthusiastic Energy Engineer to become a part of our expanding team in Louisville, KY. We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate engineer with a solid foundation in energy engineering to enhance our vibrant team. In this role as an Energy Engineer, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to assist our customers in minimizing energy use and cutting costs at their facilities. Your tasks will include spotting potential energy-saving strategies, evaluating and summarizing project financials, aiding in project execution, and confirming successful installations.

In Short

• Supports implementation of both prescriptive and custom energy efficiency projects.
• Conducts energy analysis for projects at small to large commercial and industrial facilities.
• Writes technical reports summarizing results from energy assessments.
• Conducts measurement and verification (M&V) site visits.
• Communicates and coordinates with project stakeholders.
• Delivers professional, high-quality services to utility customers.
• Completes high-quality deliverables while maintaining project budgets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Solid foundation in energy engineering.
• Experience with energy modeling and economic analysis.
• Knowledge of various facility energy using systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality technical reports.
• Experience with measurement and verification processes.
