Senior Project Manager, Global Marketing Partnerships - Remote

Overview

Resmed is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Global Marketing Partnerships to drive the success of our brand and healthcare partnerships. In this role, you’ll manage the planning and execution of high-impact programs with partners—coordinating across teams, building clear project plans, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable outcomes.

In Short

• Lead planning and delivery of marketing partnership initiatives.
• Help prioritize the partnership pipeline with marketing stakeholders.
• Manage complex cross-functional projects from definition through delivery.
• Collaborate with various teams and external agencies.
• Monitor risks and scope creep, advance solutions, and adapt plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Establish meeting cadences to keep teams aligned.
• Produce status reports and maintain project documentation.
• Identify gaps in process and lead creation of new standards.
• Facilitate regular retrospectives for iterative improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project management experience, with 3 years in Marketing or Partnerships.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and time-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with retrospectives and process updates.
• Exceptional documentation skills and mastery of digital PM tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Scrum certification or equivalent Agile credential.
