• Seeking highly organized and customer-focused Commercial Transportation Resolution Specialists.
• Responsible for communicating with customers on the phone and helping them through their claims.
• Handle an inventory of claims and triage critical claims.
• Work in a tech-driven claims organization.

• Gather necessary information to initiate claims and explain policies.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and policy provisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial transportation claims adjusting.
• Active adjuster license(s) required.
• Knowledge of state regulations and policy provisions.
• Willingness to travel for client needs.
