Overview

The Spare Parts & Reconditioning Specialist develops RES Energy Services Inc’s supply chain and manages vendor relationships, providing commercial management of spare parts to the end customer.

In Short

• Develops supply chain for wind, solar, and energy storage spare parts.
• Researches and develops sales opportunities.
• Creates and follows up on commercial offers to increase business volume.
• Conducts thorough analysis of offers and quotes.
• Monitors customer and vendor purchase orders.
• Analyzes commercial KPIs and recommends improvements.
• Manages incidents and guarantees for vendors and customers.
• Maintains and updates ERP platform.
• Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Exemplifies strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• High school/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or Economics preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sales and/or purchasing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Knowledge of spare parts and reconditioning business for wind and solar industry.
• Ability to control and follow up spare part inventory.
