• Manage day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks Online across multiple clients.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable via Bill.com.
• Administer payroll through Gusto and QuickBooks Online Payroll.
• Reconcile inventory and ensure accurate COGS.

• Oversee month-end close processes and client reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with Bill.com and Gusto preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Confident in full-cycle bookkeeping.
