Overview

The aufzugjungs GmbH is an engineering service provider and part of the requisimus group. For over 27 years, we have offered engineering and software services in the fields of automation, project management, data management, software and databases, as well as functional safety and embedded software. We are looking for a committed Project Coordinator (m/f/x) to strengthen our subsidiary, the aufzugjungs GmbH.

In Short

• Management of customer and supplier master data in the ERP system
• Creation, communication, and tracking of schedules (internally as well as with customers, suppliers, assembly managers, and assembly teams)
• Clarification, recording, shipping, and tracking of orders
• Close collaboration with the purchasing and sales departments
• Experience in construction is an advantage, but not a requirement

Requirements

• A completed degree in construction or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in project management is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in MS Office, ideally with ERP knowledge
• Very good German language skills, good English skills
