Overview

Requisimus is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in wind energy technology with high expertise and responsibility.

In Short

• Lead two interconnected projects for developing grid-forming inverters
• Coordinate with internal and external partners
• Manage budget, schedule, and quality
• Conduct risk management and regular reporting
• Present to the management board

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering or similar
• Practical knowledge in electrical engineering, especially power electronics
• Several years of project management experience, ideally in wind energy/software
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and project management tools
• Fluent in German and English
• Communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel (Aurich/Bremen, max. 4 days/month)
