Senior Identity & Access Management Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst works with the IAM team to support the delivery of enterprise IAM services, leading evaluation and deployment activities for IAM solutions.

In Short

• Lead evaluation and deployment of IAM solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of IAM environment.
• Maintain IBM Security infrastructure with patches and upgrades.
• Develop strong vendor relationships for problem resolution.
• Participate in project scope definition and effort estimation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Communicate IAM-related content across the organization.
• Conduct regular maintenance and software upgrades.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating schedule.
• Manage assignments and projects with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IAM software and infrastructure.
• Experience with IBM Security Identity Manager.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.
• Experience with root cause analysis.
• Capable of interacting with IT and Business personnel at all levels.
