Director of California Campaigns - Remote

Overview

Reproductive Freedom for All seeks a Director of California Campaigns to lead our California chapter, and continue to establish our political and organizing program in California.

In Short

• Lead strategic legislative, political, organizing, and advocacy campaigns in California.
• Manage the program budget for state-level work.
• Direct management of Organizers in the state.
• Build and maintain relationships with state policymakers.
• Develop written materials for advocacy efforts.
• Work with Communications team to craft messages.
• Provide leadership and vision for the state campaign.
• Support relationships with current donors.
• Represent Reproductive Freedom for All’s goals locally.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Located in California.
• At least 5 years of experience in political campaigning.
• Commitment to reproductive rights and justice.
• Experience leading political or organizational campaigns.
• Knowledge of California political landscape.
• Strong coalition partner experience.
• Organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Leadership skills with team management experience.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Flexibility to work weekends/evenings and travel as needed.
