Overview

The Front Office Specialist will be part of the Business Unit HY, focusing on improving customer service efficiency and professionalism in service delivery and execution.

In Short

  • Manage customer requests via phone and email.
  • Handle inbound calls related to customer jobs and services.
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer requests.
  • Ensure compliance with assigned KPIs.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer care or planning.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to customer needs and proactive management.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Suite.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in structured route-based customer care teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables) and Google Suite.
  • Experience in pest management is a plus.
