Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Rent the Runway, you will lead the design process, advocating for the customer and enhancing user experiences across various platforms.

In Short

Create mobile user experiences that are functional and inspirational.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define project objectives.
Lead usability tests and manage UX deliverables throughout project lifecycles.
Combine product design with visual design to enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in mobile consumer-focused design.
Strong understanding of user experience principles and customer needs.
Ability to create strategic experiences aligned with business goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience presenting to executives and guiding project decisions.
Familiarity with agile work environments.
Proficient in Figma and UserTesting.com.
