Overview

The Paralegal will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the company’s in-house lawyers, focusing on legal operations and department administration.

• Manage the implementation and daily workflows of the company’s matter intake and matter management systems.
• Track active legal matters and deadlines associated with contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and revise legal documents and correspondence.
• Support administration of commercial agreements.
• Maintain and revise template forms and agreements.
• Ensure timely notice of renewals, terminations, and other critical contract-related events.
• Conduct legal research to support compliance and risk analysis.
• Act as a key member of the company’s legal team.
• Support trainings delivered by in-house lawyers.
