Overview

Renesas Palm Bay is a semiconductor wafer fabrication, assembly and test operation that produces analog and mixed signal products for high reliability and commercial applications, currently seeking a Wafer Fab Process Engineer.

In Short

• Participate in supporting and improving processes and equipment in the manufacture of integrated circuits.
• Develop new or modified process formulations and define equipment requirements.
• Review product requirements with design staff for compatibility.
• Compile and evaluate test data for process specifications.
• Conceive and plan projects for new or improved processes.
• Follow standard practices in analyzing situations or data.
• Learn to use professional concepts and company policies to solve routine problems.

Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent experience in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Person due to ITAR regulations.
