RFIC/Analog System Characterization Engineer - Remote

Overview

Join a global team for WiFi IoT and BLE integrated circuits RFIC and system characterization. RFIC and system characterization means mapping, optimizing, and finding solutions to achieve max performance of a semiconductor device after it has been manufactured. It involves deep understanding of the block level design and system, characterizing and evaluating its performance and come up with creative solutions for the different issues in order to meet the desired specifications.

In Short

• Tech-lead for RF TX/RX/Analog within the team.
• Collaborate with HW platform, RF, Analog, and digital design teams to develop full IC functionality bring up, debugging and testing.
• Triage and debug failures on Silicon.
• Develop full coverage characterization of RFICs.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in electrical engineering.
• At least 5 years of silicon industry experience doing design/system/integration.
• Strong technical background with RF TX/RX chains, System considerations, testing equipment and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and clearly present complex technical information.
