Overview

The Lab Manager will oversee a technical lab environment, ensuring that ATE testers and other equipment are maintained and operational. This role involves coordinating maintenance, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement in lab processes.

• Manage a technical lab environment with ATE testers and equipment
• Ensure ATE uptime and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and calibrations

Requirements

• Knowledge of ATEs and peripheral tools
• Understanding of calibration and maintenance processes
• Ability to establish operational procedures
• Experience in root cause analysis and reporting
• Self-starter with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of ESD controls, GRR, OEE, and ISO-9000
• BSEE/ME with 5 years of test operations experience
• 3+ years in silicon/HW lab management
