Label Manager - Remote

Overview

The Label Manager will take end-to-end responsibility for label management at ESN, aiming to improve time-to-market, enable international scaling, and ensure compliance in each market. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, ensuring clean processes, and making sure everything is in the right place at the right time.

• Manage label projects from requirements to production release, ensuring timelines and risk management.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Product Management, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.

• Facilitate international label rollouts, considering translations and local requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project management or product management, ideally in the FMCG sector.
• Familiarity with stakeholder-intensive processes and ability to maintain structure under pressure.
• Understanding of regulatory affairs, design processes, and supply chain operations.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Experience with tools like Miro, MS Office, and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
