As the Head of Data Science at Render, you will define and scale the data function, build a world-class team, and embed data into decision-making processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in data science, 4+ in leadership roles.

• Fluency in SQL and Python; experience with modern data stacks.
• Track record of influencing executive decisions.
• Ability to scale data functions in fast-paced environments.
• Excitement for wearing multiple hats and moving fast.
• Bonus: experience in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure.
