We are seeking a Head of Data Science to drive strategic impact across our Data Science team at Heetch. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with leadership capabilities, ensuring our data initiatives empower teams to make smarter decisions, optimise platform performance, and uncover new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data science, with 5+ years in a management role.
• Advanced Python and SQL skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for data-driven growth.
• Adept at presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, including A/B testing.
• Background in the mobility or tech industry is a plus.
