Head of Data - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Data to lead the company’s data development efforts in building its core technology. As the Head of Data, you will be at the forefront of our innovative efforts, reporting directly to the VP R&D and Data.

• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Guide the implementation of data science and ML projects.
• Direct the evolution of BI visualization platforms.
• Develop and articulate a clear data vision and strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management.
• Experience in a senior leadership role.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
• Proven track record of building and leading data teams.
• Ability to translate big data into actionable insights.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical background in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Tableau/Looker Studio is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the mobile ecosystem is a plus.
