Overview

The Digital Customer Success Manager - Scaled will manage and renew existing customers with Renaissance Learning products and services through digital and direct engagement.

In Short

  • Manage and renew contracts for existing customers.
  • Contact customers to confirm renewals and handle requests.
  • Achieve renewal and communication targets.
  • Represent Renaissance by delivering proposals and resolving customer issues.
  • Use CRM systems to maintain customer data.
  • Support sales teams and internal partners for better efficiency.
  • Handle objections and prevent churn.
  • Work collaboratively within the Customer Success team.
  • Engage with customers proactively via phone and video chat.
  • Temporary contract for 6 months.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS business.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SaaS technologies in education.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to new technologies.
  • Upbeat personality with a passion for customer engagement.
