Senior Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand’s message to our target audience and our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a desire to understand and learn more about marketing principles. In Short

• Lead and manage multiple design projects for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring high standards of creativity and accuracy.
• Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and develop creative concepts that meet their business goals.
• Create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including websites, social media, print materials, packaging, and more.
• Develop and design marketing collateral, including social media graphics, email campaigns, digital ads, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand guidelines of both the company and clients, contributing to a consistent visual identity.
• Work with internal teams and clients to understand marketing objectives and develop design solutions that align with those objectives.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering their growth and development.
• Oversee the design process, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, as well as industry developments and changes.
• Communicate with clients to present design concepts, receive feedback, and make necessary revisions to meet their expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of marketing principles and how design impacts brand perception.
• Experience in video editing and animation is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends and technologies.
