Overview

This role offers the opportunity to take full strategic ownership of a global B2B affiliate ecosystem, where you will move beyond simple management to architect a comprehensive growth engine.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global affiliate strategy.
• Own performance goals for the affiliates function.
• Manage the affiliate platform, including tracking and reporting.
• Design and implement AI-driven automation frameworks.
• Curate a high-impact B2B partner ecosystem.
• Optimize affiliate commission structure to maximize ROAS.
• Maintain relationships with top-performing affiliates.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Work with content and design teams for marketing materials.
• Report to the Senior Director, Performance Marketing.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing an affiliate program.
• Track record of growing affiliate-generated revenue globally.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking technology and analytics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Impact.com.
