• Skylum is seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager.
• Focus on expanding into English-speaking markets.
• Manage existing affiliate partnerships and build new ones.

• Plan and launch affiliate and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate financial terms and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
• Knowledge of affiliate platforms like Impact or Rakuten.
• Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, and Excel.
• Understanding of CPA, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical and fraud management skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to self-organize and accept challenges.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in reporting and data analysis.
