SAP FI/CO Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP FI System Lead with subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) modules, including General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Accounting, and their integration with other modules such as Controlling (CO).

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and support project delivery using agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Conduct workshops and translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Provide quality assurance for the work delivered by the team.
• Ensure solutions align with client business structures and financial accounting principles.
• Oversee the configuration of SAP FI modules and support system testing.
• Review and create design documentation and functional specifications.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants and business users.
• Ensure project governance and manage risks effectively.
• Support the client’s adoption of SAP Best Practices.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting modules.
• Proven experience in designing SAP enterprise structures.
• Strong experience in leading fit-to-standard workshops.
• Hands-on experience in configuration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA FI modules.
• Experience working within agile and waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SAP Best Practices and continuous improvement.
• SAP Certification in Financial Accounting (FI) is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
