SAP FI/CO Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP FI System Lead with subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) modules, including General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Accounting, and their integration with other modules such as Controlling (CO).

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting solutions.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and support project delivery.
• Conduct workshops and manage configuration tasks.
• Ensure quality assurance for the work delivered by the team.
• Work within agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Provide expert-level guidance on SAP modules integration.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops to assess business requirements.
• Review and create design documentation and functional specifications.
• Oversee project delivery and manage risks effectively.
• Foster a collaborative environment and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting modules.
• Proven experience in designing SAP enterprise structures.
• Strong experience in leading workshops and translating business requirements.
• Hands-on experience in configuration and implementation.
• Experience working within agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
• SAP Certification in Financial Accounting is preferred.
• Previous experience in a consulting environment or delivering SAP solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
