Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in tech.
• Strong track record in high pace hiring environments.
• Ability to improve quality of applications.
• Excitement for an excellent candidate experience.
• Experience with Talent Acquisition tools (e.g., Greenhouse, BrightHire).
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Ambitious approach to diversity and inclusion.
• Proactive mindset in recruiting strategy improvements.
• Ability to track and analyze hiring metrics.
