• Focus on KPIs and SLAs for payroll operations.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll management or equivalent.
• Knowledge of payroll best practices.
• Proficient in software tools like SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Productivity-focused with an interest in process improvement.
• Experience working asynchronously is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
