Overview

The Lead Payroll Specialist is responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including managing the full and final settlement process for departing employees.

• Overseeing the end-to-end payroll process including data collection and wage calculations.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and audit trails.
• Managing payroll-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
• Coordinating with HR finance and other departments for payroll inputs.
• Utilizing payroll software and systems.
• Calculating final payments for departing employees.
• Knowledgeable about mandated deductions like SSS, Philhealth, and Pagibig.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or human resources.
• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of global payroll processes and compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll and timekeeping systems such as ADP and SAP.
• Fluency in English for verbal and written communication.
