• Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet

• Process GP and in-house payrolls, statutory filing requirements and payroll approvals
• Update and maintain accurate payroll records
• Support the Payroll Ops team with admin related tasks
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers
