• Ensure accurate and timely payroll for Practice and Support Office colleagues.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager and People Services team.
• Manage colleague queries regarding payroll.
• Support the rollout of a new managed service provider.
• Maintain high standards in payroll processes.
• Work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for payroll data.
• Understand payroll legislation and best practices.
• Work independently and take ownership of payroll tasks.
• Contribute to an inclusive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in a dedicated payroll role.
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and legislation.
• Experience managing payroll for a multi-location workforce.
• CIPP Level 3 qualification (or working towards it).
