Manager, Accounting Controls - Remote

In Short

• Supervise the Month/Quarterly/Yearly End Close for the entities assigned.
• Management of accounting records and related functions journal entries, reconciliations, inter-company accounting.
• Lead a team of Accountants/Sr Accountants.
• Liaising with finance outsourcing partners.
• Delivery of financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with the Reporting and other teams.
• Support development of an efficient finance function.
• Maintain accounting and reporting policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective financial and internal controls.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven post qualified accounting experience.
• Experience in managing a team of accountants.
• Experience using core finance systems (SAP or similar is a bonus).
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and Dutch GAAP.
• Financial planning and analysis experience.
• Professional experience working with large data sets.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with an outsourced finance team is a plus.
