In Short

• Prepare and post journal entries for inter-company and subsidiary transactions.
• Manage monthly bank reconciliations across multiple subsidiaries.
• Maintain accurate record keeping and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
• Analyze and interpret P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Support pro forma financial analysis for planning and growth initiatives.
• Partner with leadership for accurate monthly and quarterly closes.
• Assist in establishing and improving accounting processes and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of accounting experience, preferably in SMB environments or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity/subsidiary structures is a plus.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with accounting systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
