Overview

The Accounting Manager will oversee the financial operations for B Consulting, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial transactions while managing a team of accountants.

In Short

Perform full cycle accounting close and produce timely financial statements.
Review work from the offshore accounting team.
Lead client calls and manage client budgets.
Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
Implement various accounting software solutions.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
Assist with tax processes and maintain compliance.
Manage payroll reconciliation and inventory accounting.
Strong communication and time management skills required.
Remote position available.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
7+ years of applicable experience.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
Public accounting experience is a plus.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, sum-if formulas).
Excellent communication skills.
Good time management skills.
