Overview

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Lifecycle Operations Coordinator, joining our Employer of Record (EOR) Operations team.

In Short

  • This position requires fluency (written and oral) in both English and one of the following languages - Polish, Dutch or German.
  • The Lifecycle Operations Coordinator will support the organization and administration of the employee lifecycle.
  • Execute general administrative work to support peers in Lifecycle Operations teams.
  • Assist in invoicing and billing activities.
  • Manage and organize employee data ensuring confidentiality.
  • Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Help execute automation opportunities under the guidance of Lifecycle Managers.
  • Gain first-hand experience working directly with employees.
  • Work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Be a team player and support colleagues across multiple departments.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and one of Polish, Dutch, or German.
  • Experience in HR administration or people operations.
  • Ability to follow instructions and pick up processes quickly.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
  • Productivity-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excitement for working in a startup environment.
