Director, Enterprise Project Management - Remote

We are seeking a hands-on, highly organized, and execution-focused leader to join our team as Director, Enterprise Project Management. This is not a traditional “sit behind the scenes” PMO role. We are looking for an operationally minded project leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and can drive enterprise initiatives from idea to execution through strong coordination, follow-through, and partnership across teams.

The ideal candidate is equal parts organizer, facilitator, problem-solver, and relationship builder, someone who can lead executive project discussions in the morning and work through detailed implementation plans with operational teams in the afternoon.

• Lead and coordinate multiple enterprise initiatives across operational, clinical, and support center functions
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk logs
• Facilitate project meetings and executive working sessions

• Translate complex project information into concise updates
• Standardize project management tools and reporting

• Support implementation of enterprise initiatives in a multi-site environment

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or operational leadership experience
• Proven success managing complex initiatives
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
