Requirements

• Proven experience as a copywriter or in a related role.
• Experience writing for multiple channels: web, in-app, email.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to unexpected situations.
• Fluency in English.
• Comfortable using various project management tools.
• Experience in customer experience is a plus.
