Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support.
• Hands-on experience in Live Chat and Email Support.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in modern web technologies.
