Overview

The Customer Care Associate (CCA) plays a vital role in assisting members and clients at Fidelis Care, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting performance standards.

In Short

  • Assist members and clients at assigned Fidelis Care office location.
  • Meet daily performance and customer service standards.
  • Educate and resolve inquiries regarding Fidelis Care products and services.
  • Enroll prospective members and renew coverage.
  • Log interactions in Salesforce and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Clarify customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Develop relationships with existing members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including community engagement.
  • Training in sales processes and Fidelis Care products required.
  • Flexible work schedule may include nights and weekends.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Ability to undergo internal training and pass proficiency tests.
  • Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and documentation practices.
  • Commitment to compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for member satisfaction and education.
  • Flexibility in work schedule and location.
